Arrival and Departure
Bedrooms are normally available from 1.00pm on your day of arrival and we ask for rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure. However, if you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out time, then please state this at the time of booking and we will do our best to help you.
Payment is required in full prior to departure or weekly if staying for a long period. We accept most debit/credit cards including American Express, Cash and Travellers Cheques.
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. For large group bookings of 5 or more rooms this will be extended up to 7 days. Should you need to cancel within this period you will be subject to a charge equal to your first night stay. If your room can be re-sold then this charge can be waivered.
We have a large car park, which is free of charge to all guests.
We can accept well behaved and controlled dogs in our bedrooms in the Motel style rooms, but we DO NOT allow dogs in the main Hotel building. All dogs must not be left unattended in rooms without guests. Any damage to rooms will be charged for.
Our Hotel has a strict non-smoking policy. Any guests found to have smoked in the bedrooms will be charged an extra full night accommodation.
